Fire Stone Grill and Pizza

The Firestone Grill and Pizza are a restaurant owned by cousins Sulaiman Al-Attar and HoudaAl-Attar. Since 1990, they have operated this wonderful establishment filled with friends and family who enjoy good food, and a great atmosphere. What makes the Firestone Grill and Pizza one of the best diners in the Dallas area is their focus on quality over quantity.

A good thing about the Firestone Grill and Pizza is their fantastic salads. For starters, the salads are served with fresh, homemade vegetables which are lightly steamed and then topped with grilled onions, red onions, lettuce and tomato. Topping the salad are fresh, fried tomatoes and red bell pepper. The burgers are served with grilled onions, raw vegetables, raw mushrooms, and spicy pickles. There is also a full menu of different wraps served with the burgers, kebabs, and fries.

The Firestone Grill and Pizza offer a large variety of salad bowls, soups, pasta dishes, as well as pizza and pasta salads. The salads are not just fresh, but they are full of assorted vegetables that are mixed up in various spices and flavors. The soup is served with chicken, beef, and various types of tuna. The pasta dishes are not only served with spaghetti, fettuccini, or bruschetta, but also with different types of pastas.

The Firestone Grill has a full menu of different kinds of wraps including the popular "FriedKebab". This popular item includes tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, olives, and chopped vegetables. Other kinds of sandwiches include the "Chicago" which includes sliced turkey, feta, and chicken; the "Spicy Buffalo" contains shredded buffalo steak, tuna salad, and blue cheese; as well as the "Indian BBQ" contains ground beef, grilled vegetable, and chicken. All of these different types of sandwiches are served with their respective condiments. The" Hamburgers" of this restaurant also have their own condiments while the" Tacos" have their own condiments.

"Mais Priscilla" serves a wide variety of desserts that includes chocolate eclairs, banana nut bread, and peach angel food cake. "Cece" is the name of the pastry chef of the establishment. She specializes in making cakes, pies, and cookies. The" Tiramisu" is a mix of tiramisu and chocolate pudding, while the" tiramisu" comes in different flavors such as strawberry, chocolate, and mint.

The "salads" of the establishment are not the typical garden salad that you would find at most restaurants. Instead, the chefs serve up healthy vegetarian salads complete with a toasted ciabatta. There are also salad bowls that are offered for dessert. These salad bowls include carrots, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, radishes, spinach leaves, mushrooms, cucumbers, and baby carrots.

"Pizza" at the Fire Stone Grill has a variety of different options, which will surely satisfy even the most discerning appetizer pallet. For starters, there is the regular pizza, which comes in a meat sauce, veggie toppings, and pepperoni. Then there is the vegetarian style which comes with Italian vegetable toppings like broccoli florets and spinach artichoke. On the other hand, there is the non-vegetarian "Bolognese sauce", and I mean the real, authentic, stuff you'd get from Italy. Then you can choose from a traditional Italian pizza or one of their "Pizza Marinara" (Marinara - Pizzas).

If making it a vegetarian meal, please list what type of dressing you want (ham salad, garlicchutney, etc.) along with what type of vegetables you would like. Also, when making it a nonvegetarian meal, please list what type of meat you would like to have (lamb chops, beef brisket, chicken breast, pork shoulder, etc.)

For chicken lovers, let's talk about some of the delectable delights that are available: Buffalo Chicken, Collard Greens, BBQ Chicken, Greek Chicken, Pepper Steak, Chicken Parmesan, Tangerine Chicken, Canadian bacon (pork butt), and Maine Lobster. Yes, it's just as good at home as it is on the grill. For the vegetables, please list what kind of vegetables you like (broccoli, cauliflower, potato, onion, bell pepper, etc.) as well as what seasonings you want (jerk onions, garlic powder, thyme, etc.). For the barbecue taste, please make sure you have the correct barbecue sauce (barbecue sauce, barbecue mustard, hot sauce, etc.)

The most popular kebab (Arabic for grilled chicken) recipe in Chicago includes the beef seasoned with house spices. If making it a burger, please add the patties seasoned with chicken salad. If making it a chicken kebab, please add the onions, garlic, green peppers, and any other ingredient mentioned above.
